My day at the Cowboy Forge was well worth it. Steve Williams is a natural in giving hands on instruction in working at the forge. I had never even used a welder before, let alone a plasma cutter. His patience and clear direction made this a great experience. I ended up making a cleaver that I will proudly use in my kitchen for years to come.
